Morning Zazen: 30 min. Zazen and 25 min. Dharma discussion 6:30-7:25 ET (Zoom only)
Just Sit Saturdays: Zazen 6:30-8:30 AM ET (Face-to-Face only and Zoom)
Tuesday Night Service: 7:00-8:30 PM/EDT (Face-to-Face and Zoom)

Zendo Service is at the First Congregational Church 68 Main St. Falmouth Church Parlor on the second floor.
